I am an experienced HR executive with more than twenty years of leadership across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, dental, construction, civil engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services. My background spans HR strategy, compliance, organizational development, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HRIS implementation.
I specialize in helping small and mid‑size businesses build clean, compliant HR infrastructure that supports growth and reduces risk. I hold an MBA in Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Business, Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
