Kristin Harrison is the founder and CEO of Personalized HR Solutions. Ms. Harrison formed Personalized HR Solutions out of a desire to approach the Human Resources function with a focus on the individual needs of a company, rather than a blind implementation of “best practices” that may not be best for your company.
Ms. Harrison brings over 25 years of experience as an HR professional. She has the ability to translate a company’s strategy and goals into initiatives that improve organizational performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She is a partner who provides ongoing support for a company and its top executives by providing subject-matter-expertise, a unique perspective, and a deep appreciation of human capital in meeting organizational goals. She has the ability to influence and find solutions to challenges in order to translate visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals.
Ms. Harrison has worked for different industries throughout her career, which allows her to effectively assess an organization's needs and customize their HR programs to meet those needs. Ms. Harrison has worked in industries including construction, engineering, healthcare, dental practice management, financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
Ms. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in HR Management from SUNY Empire State College and a Master's in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Ms. Harrison has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1991, the Hauppauge Industrial Association since 2006, and WorldatWork since 2017.
